Classes are centred on capturing memories and practicing gratitude through active mediation whilst developing skills, building confidence and a community.

Attend the Introduction to Thread Journaling class where you can further your skills and share progress with fellow attendees.

Tea & coffee are included free of charge.

*If we are unable to reach the 10 participant target, the event will be cancelled and tickets refunded.
