Create your own thread journal
Are you a sentimental, busy, creative person who always puts others first?
Do you feel frustrated that life is racing by and you never get a chance to be present or take it all in?
Would you like to start appreciating those little moments and have a way to
truly remember & capture those beautiful memories?
If so I can help...
Desperate for a bit of quiet, creative,
"me time"?
I started thread journaling in 2019 because I was desperate for a bit of quiet, creative, “me time”, so I began embroidering to balance the constant running around after my little one.
Being able to look at hundreds of wonderful memories at a glance has truly been a game changer for me. It has positively effected my outlook, as well as my mental health,
making me a better person,
mum, partner and friend.
Don't think you have enough time to create a thread journal?
Your project, your rules!
Thread journaling is the art of using thread to journal by representing & recording your everyday experiences as miniature stitches. This can be done daily, weekly, monthly or whenever you fancy.
By keeping a visual embroidery journal, you will learn new skills & techniques whilst taking time to reflect on your day or week.
Creating your mini stitches also creates time for gratitude & mindfulness.
Where do I start?

The "Sew Unique Journal Club" on Facebook is a lovely community of creative folk who are also completing their own thread journals. It's a wonderful place to get inspiration, help and guidance.
